We’re thrilled to introduce the Zebra 11×14 Wet Plate Holder V2, designed to take your wet plate photography to the next level with a range of new features and improvements based on your feedback! This modern twist on the classic wet plate holder combines an ultra-lightweight, compact design with a convenient magnetic back-loading system.

Unlike the Zebra Dual Plate Holders, this version uses a specialized back-loading system designed especially for wet plates, tintypes, and ambrotypes while still working perfectly with dry plates. You can choose between different insert styles to suit your process. By default, we provide rounded-corner inserts, as they perform reliably with both glass and metal plates. If you prefer, you can opt for traditional corner mounts to maximize the usable exposure area, though these are not recommended for tin plates, as they tend to cause excessive bulging and sagging at the edges.
