This fixer is exceptionally efficient, boasting a robust buffering capacity and long-term stability. When used manually, it should be diluted at a ratio of 1:5, whereas for machine processing, a ratio of 1:4 is recommended. A single liter of the working solution, prepared at a 1:5 dilution, can effectively fix up to 17 rolls of 35mm film (each containing 36 exposures) or 120-roll films. Additionally, it can handle a commensurate quantity of sheet film (up to 40 sheets, each sized 5×7″ / 12.7 x 17.8 cm) or cover an area of 3.0 square meters of photographic paper. The fixing time at 20°C typically ranges from 1 to 3 minutes, depending on the specific type of film or paper being processed.
