Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

COMPLAINTS

Please contact me at zebradryplates@gmail.com if any problems have occurred with your product or shipment. This includes problems such as transportation damage, defective products, or in any other way incorrect orders. Nejc Urankar, Zebra Dry Plates s.p., is responsible vis-à-vis the consumer (the individual who acts for purposes extraneous to entrepreneurial, commercial, artisan or professional activities possibly carried out) for compliance defects not possible to note at the time of purchase. The compliance defect exists when the product is not suitable for the use for which it must usually be used, is not compliant with the description or does not have the qualities promised by the seller, it does not offer the usual qualities and the performances of a good of the same type, it is not suitable for the particular use desired by the consumer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller. If the parcel arrives in bad condition and the products inside are missing or damaged, you will also need to make a complaint to the delivering company, e.g. DHL, Pošta Slovenije or the applicable local delivery service, directly after discovering the problem.

Please note that we always need photographic evidence of the parcel and the damaged items sent to us by E-mail in order to handle your complaint.

If you are returning any product, after agreeing with our Customer Service representative, use the original package, include a description of the damage, mark the package ”RETURN” and return it to our address (see below).

RETURNING A PRODUCT

If you use your right to return a product, the direct cost of returning the goods will be paid by you. Please make sure to pack the returned goods well, in order to avoid transportation damage.

You need to send back the goods without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

When returning a product, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning a product. To avoid unnecessary costs, always mark the package with the word ”RETURN” and your original tracking number and return to:

If you cancel this contract before the order has been shipped, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. If you cancel this contract after the order has been dispatched, we reserve the right to reimburse you all payments besides shipping costs.

We will use the same means of payment as you have used in the ordering process to issue your refund, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with our customer service (zebradryplates@gmail.com). There are no additional fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

You can always cancel your order before the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse. Your cancellation must be written in the form of an E-mail covering all order details. Some restrictions may apply, see below. If your order is already dispatched from our warehouse, you have the right to send it back according to our return policy.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at zebradryplates@gmail.com.

TRANSPORT LIABILITY

Zebra Dry Plates s.p. is responsible if the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation to the customer. If the shipment is damaged or lost when returning it on your initiative, you are responsible for loss or damage.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service if a product is returned. It is not obligatory, but we recommend using the original packaging or similar to avoid damage when returning a product to us.

If shipments with obvious damages are delivered, you are obliged to make a complaint to the transportation company immediately and to refuse the acceptance of the shipment. Please also contact our customer service (zebradryplates@gmail.com), so that Zebra Dry Plates D.O.O. is able to protect its right to satisfy claims against the transportation company.
