Zebra 11×14 Black Glass Dry Plates combine precision-manufactured opaque black glass with ultra fine-grain silver gelatine emulsion to produce beautiful, high-contrast direct positives.

Direct Positive Processing
Standard silver gelatin development produces a negative image. To achieve a direct positive on black glass, the developer is modified by adding Ammonium Thiocyanate, which allows the image to render bright against the deep black background.
